FirCrest Community was built with the understanding that change is often hard for any person, but it can be especially challenging for seniors as they navigate their retirement years. For seniors with dementia even the smallest amount of change can have an impact on their cognition. FirCrest Community is unique in its ability to support seniors as they age in place. Maple Valley Memory Care is an assisted living community that specializes in caring for adults who have Alzheimer?s disease & related forms of dementia. We provide residential care, respite care & hospice care. Maple Valley has developed unique operational protocols to enhance quality of life for residents, emphasizing security & safety in our settings. We offer an appropriate range of life-affirming and encouraging activities through our Respite and Residential Care programs. These are tailored to each person?s abilities & cognition.

Going through the journey of memory loss is complicated. This knowledge was the inspiration for the design & completion of Maple Valley. From the moment you arrive you will notice the difference that sets Maple Valley apart from all other communities. As you walk in the parking lot you may elect to sit and enjoy the sight & sound of the water fountain.

Upon entering our community you will notice the warm colors, abundant natural light, vaulted ceilings, beautiful decor & multiple home like seating areas for residents & families to enjoy visits or sit and benefit from the calming surround sound music. Our expansive courtyard offers residents the freedom and independence to enjoy outdoor living in a secure setting whenever they elect too.

For family members The Maple Valley offers additional piece of mind by making available an added security feature to our already secured community. This GPS bracelet can be worn by your family member who is active & may be inclined to endeavour to leave the community.

Marjorie House is a local family owned person-centered secure memory care community in McMinnville. Dementia causes both the body and brain to decline, often making people reclusive and feeling they have no purpose. Keeping the mind and body engaged has numerous positive benefits, such as helping spark memories, and improving physical and mental ability. Our Life Enrichment program provides numerous daily activities - from music and dancing to wood-working and gardening to social events and karaoke- designed to engage individuals, keep them feeling alive mentally, physically and spiritually and fill their days with purpose. All Marjorie House staff are trained to have meaningful, frequent interaction with residents. Part of meaningful interaction is knowing the individuals background- who they were, where they lived and worked, what their hobbies were- and every employee knows this information for each resident. Staff are trained specifically in managing the needs and daily potential of each resident, so they can enjoy life to the fullest, each according to their present abilities. Rock of Ages Mennonite Home is owned and operated by the Bible Mennonite Fellowship, Inc.  Rock of Ages provides comfortable living space in a beautiful environment for the elderly who need assistance with daily tasks.  Rock of Ages Mennonite Home features private rooms, home-style meals, medication management, assistance with personal care and 24-hour resident monitoring in a secure and home-like setting.

Rock of Ages Mennonite Home is a licensed residential care facility recognized by the State of Oregon and a participant in the Medicaid program, but it is not a licensed nursing facility.

Families are encouraged to visit and enjoy all the amenities.  The grounds feature a vista of Yamhill County's rolling hills and a walking trail, perfect for entertaining visitors.

TLC offers 5 suites devoted to the end of life care. This program will allow us to care for people and their families who are facing some of the most difficult times. Local Hospice will provide hospice care while Rock of Ages staff delivers compassionate day to day care for the residents and their families.
