Dear Yamhill County CASA Community,
As we reflect on the past year, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support throughout 2024. Your generosity has made a profound impact on our organization and the children we serve.
To our 54 dedicated CASA volunteers, thank you for sharing your time, skills, and passion. Your efforts are the heartbeat of our organization and truly change lives. You advocated for 117 children this last year, 82% of all children with open abuse or neglect cases in Yamhill County. It has been over a decade since we have served so many children, and a service rate of 82% shatters all other records going back nearly to our program's inception.
A special thank you to our Board of Directors and staff, whose tireless dedication drives our mission forward and laid the foundation for reaching such great heights. Your commitment does not go unnoticed.
We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed financially. Thanks to your support, we raised over $35,000 in 2024! Every dollar makes a difference, directly funding the recruitment, screening, and training of advocates who stand up and speak out for abused and neglected children. With only about a third of our funding coming from the state, your contributions are vital. We know the stakes are high for children without advocates, and your support ensures they are not alone.
Each of you played an important role in helping us achieve remarkable milestones in 2024, details of which are highlighted in the attached End of Year report. As we look ahead to 2025, our 30th year serving the Yamhill County community, we’re excited about the potential to expand our capacity and serve even more children in need.
Thank you once again for being such an integral part of Yamhill County CASA's growing success.
Thank you for all you do,
Sarah Johnson,
