Utley Speech Therapy is a private speech therapy clinic. We provide in-person speech therapy for preschool and school-aged children. Our mission is to provide much needed speech therapy services to children in Medina County and surrounding areas.  Our office is located in back of the Castroville Professional Building at 413 Madrid-Suite 2, Castroville, TX 78009.  (Our door faces Lorenzoo street.)  

Our clinic is now open by appointent and we are accepting new clients.  We accept Superior Medicaid, Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and others.  Please call us if you have any questions regarding your child's speech or language abilities.
