Cadillac of Jackson has adapted our sales and service business to do whatever we can to help our customers during this time of social distancing. We are offering service appointments by pick-up/delivery to and from work or home as well as mobile sales presentations and vehicle delivery.

At Carshop we do not want to risk health and safety, to get your car serviced.  At this time, for your safety, we would like discourage setting appointments that would require you to wait in our waiting room for repairs.  If it is necessary we will accommodate you.  We would like to extend additional drop off and pick up services when and where we can.  In many instances, Carshop Inc. may be available to pick up and drop off your vehicle at your home.  Another option is to leave the keys in the mail slot of the front door.  This is an excellent before/after hours option. You are welcome to drop keys off in the mail slot at anytime of the day to avoid any unwanted contact. Or, give us a call when you arrive and we can meet you in the parking lot.
