CASA of South Texas is the voice for children who are before the court as a result of abuse or neglect in Atascosa, Frio, La Salle, Karnes or Wilson Counties, living at home or in out-of-home care.    CASAs are trained, qualified community court appointed volunteers who advocate for the best interests of children.

We are committed to improving quality of life after Tram/Diep Flap reconstruction for those suffering with abdominal wall complications.
