THEATRE OFF THE
SQUARE IN WEATHERFORD proudly presents the first production of their 2020
Season of Shows. Ripcord is written by David
Lindsay-Abaire and
presented by special arrangement with Dramatists Play
Service, Inc. The play is directed by Wally Jones, with Megan Hamilton, Tim Herndon, and Karan Haynes as the assistant directors and Kaleigh Parker as the stage manager. The show dates are weekends, January 24 – February 9. This

A sunny room on an upper floor is prime real estate in the
Bristol Place Senior Living Facility, so when the cantankerous Abby is forced to
share her quarters with new-arrival Marilyn, she has no choice but to get rid
of the infuriatingly chipper woman by any means necessary. A seemingly harmless
bet between the old women quickly escalates into a dangerous game of
one-upmanship that reveals not just the tenacity of these worthy opponents, but
also deeper truths that each would rather remain hidden.normal">

Marilyn Dunne; Seth Hunter Williams as Scotty; Mark Gillies as Benjamin/Lewis/Clown;
Leslie Gale Jones as Colleen/Woman in White; and Drue Pettigrew as Derek/Zombie
Butler/Masked Man.
Attend
an afternoon or evening of entertainment beginning Friday, January 24, and
running weekends through Sunday, February 9. Show times are Friday and Saturday
at 8:00 pm and Sunday at 2:00 pm. Theatre Off The Square, a nonprofit community
theatre, is located at 114 North Denton Street, Weatherford.
Tickets
are $16 for adults and $14 for seniors (60+)/students/children under school
age. Matinee tickets are $13 for all ages and no other discounts apply. Choose
your seats and purchase your tickets to any performance online by visiting the

The theatre Box Office is open from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm Thursday evenings to
purchase tickets and to reserve seats. Groups
of 10 or more may reserve seating with prepaid admission of $14 per person on
Fridays and Saturdays and $12 per person on Sundays. The
2020 Theatre Off The Square Flex Packages are available for purchase online
from the website or in the Box office. For $100, the 2020 Flex Package comes
with 8 "flex credits" that can be redeemed for admission to any show
in our 2020 season.
