I offer private Pilates lessons, functional nutriton counseling and Pilates equipment maintenance. I have a home studio equipped with reformer, cadillac, wunda chair and spine corrector. Pilates is a very diverse exercise modality, benefitting any fitness routine, even if you are just starting out. I specilaize in post injury Pilates. Functional nutrition counseling can make a big impact on chronic health issues. Sometimes doctors don't know how nutrition impacts you and are quick to write another presciption. The functional approach is tailored to those who are ready to take the reigns and be in control of their health. This s a holistic, comprehensive and customized approach to healthcare and wellness. Everybody is unique and the functional approach helps you find the path to your optimal health.
