Safe Harbor Counseling Center is a Non-Profit 501(c)3 organization that provides professional counseling from a Christian perspective.  Our counseling service fees are based on sliding scale of income in effort to make counseling affordable for everyone. 

Our desire is to be an extension of grace, love and mercy.  Safe Harbor is committed to being a transforming, healing presence in the communities we serve.

At Stars & Strides Stables, we believe in the remarkable therapeutic power of the equestrian experience because we believe that students of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels can benefit from riding and working with the horses at our center.  Whether they have physical, cognitive, sensory or emotional disabilities, we believe that all our students are STARS.

 Stars & Strides Stables is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established in 2012 to give riders with disabilities a place to learn and become effective and competitive equestrians.  Stars & Strides is a PATH (Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International) certified facility located in Weatherford, TX. 

For children and adults with disabilities, working with horses like ours can be a life changing experience.  In fact, we believe no other therapeutic recreational opportunity offers so many benefits in such a holistic way.  Students will be taught equine care, riding, handling, and management to their best level of ability.

The mission of AIS is to improve the health of the community and the world by setting the standard of excellence of stress management in education, research, clinical care and the workplace. Diverse and inclusive, The American Institute of Stress educates medical practitioners, scientists, health care professionals and the public; conducts research; and provides information, training and techniques to prevent human illness related to stress.
