Units like ours are typically referred to as garage condos or man caves, but we think ours are much more than that. Starting at nearly 1,600 square feet, all units include a 14’x14’ garage door with windows, a second story interior mezzanine, water and sewer plumbing, lighting, and air conditioning and heating. Our largest units can accommodate luxury motorhomes and all your gear. Select units also feature skylights and rooftop terraces to hang out on while looking out over scenic Shield Ranch conservation area.
