About
Each year, Darke County Parks offers countless programs and events, most free of charge, as well as various workshops for all to enjoy. With 13 parks and the Tecumseh Bike Trail, there’s ample opportunity to explore the outdoors. Rent a bike or a boat to float the scenic Greenville Creek. The possibilities are endless…
Darke County Parks are unlike many metropolitan park systems. Our parks have purposefully evolved to compliment our agricultural community, providing passive recreation and natural and historical education in a variety of natural settings. Instead of ball fields and playgrounds, our parks embrace and preserve the natural habitats and cultural features that are an important and integral part of our community.
