Connecting Students to Careers in Our Community
Pathways to Professions is a combined effort of many community partners in the Pottawatomie County region that are interested in creating a pipeline of talent for our future vitality. The program is a 12-week comprehensive exposure to career opportunities in our own community.
Through progressive exploration beginning in elementary school and continuing through their high school years, students will learn about career paths that exist in our community directly from the businesses themselves. Pathways to Professions not only brings the businesses right into the classroom but can also bring the students to the businesses.

Bobby Robles is a visionary leader and housing innovator dedicated to addressing homelessness and providing sustainable, affordable housing solutions. As the President & CEO of Tiny Homes Foundation, Bobby leads efforts to develop modular housing communities that offer not just shelter, but a path to self-sufficiency for individuals in need.
With a background in operations management, Lean Six Sigma, and sustainable construction, Bobby has spent years refining efficient building techniques that reduce costs and maximize impact. His experience in project management, cost optimization, and workforce development has positioned him as a key advocate for modular housing as a scalable solution to the housing crisis.
Through a strategic partnership with The House Factory, Bobby and his team are bringing high-quality, factory-built homes to communities across Oklahoma. This collaboration ensures rapid deployment of housing while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Bobby's work focuses on integrating vocational training programs, financial literacy education, and workforce development into housing initiatives, empowering residents with the skills to rebuild their lives.
Bobby’s passion stems from personal experience, having overcome homelessness as a child himself. His journey from hardship to leadership fuels his commitment to creating tangible, lasting change. Under his leadership, Tiny Homes Foundation continues to expand its reach, working with city officials, developers, and nonprofit organizations to create innovative housing solutions that restore dignity and provide hope for those in need.
