Benton House of Raymore is thrilled to announce it has received multiple Customer Experience Awards from Pinacle Quality Insight. This recognizes their outstanding performance in food/menu choices, dining service, move-in process, quality of food, response to problems, dignity and respect.  This solidifies their position in the top echelon of cre providers nationwide.

Mike Bosley, Executive Director of the facility says receiving the honor is validation on their mission. "We're so proud to receive these awards. It is especially meaningful beause it is based on responsessfrom our residents and families. When you combine these awards with our 'Great places to Work' status, it tells us we have a very special community."

Qualifying for this award signifies that Bneon House has consistently ranked within the top 15% of care providers across the nation over the past 12 months.
