Innovative Learning Group Wins Two Brandon Hall Group Awards for Excellence

TROY, Mich., Sept. 15, 2022 — Innovative Learning Group, Inc. (ILG) won two Silver Brandon Hall Group Awards for Excellence in categories of Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development, and Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program. The two awards represent projects ILG completed with a client in the pharmaceutical industry.

 

“These awards are a testament to our strong client partnerships,” says Gayle Holsworth, senior director, client solutions, and account manager for this client. “Both projects had wonderful teams who provided strategic thinking, solid instructional design, innovative graphics, and robust collaboration throughout the process.” 

 

The Silver Best Advance in Competencies and Skill Development Award submission details an initiative that uses competency-based learning to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of quality control analyst training.

 

The Silver Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program Award submission describes a best practices training program, which teaches aseptic best practice skills to employees who work in “clean” manufacturing spaces. This program is an innovative approach to skills training in that it uses virtual reality experiences to build the identified best practices.
