The event is open to the public and will take place at All Seasons of Birmingham, located at 111 Elm Street in downtown Birmingham, Mich., on the corner of Maple and Elm Streets.

All Seasons of Birmingham is comprised of 131 luxury one- and two-bedroom independent senior living apartments. Move-in begins for the first residents of All Seasons of Birmingham in early July. The newly constructed four-story community has already received a significant number of pre-leasing deposits and waitlists, and the team anticipates being fully occupied within six months of the Grand Opening, according to Beztak spokesperson Danette Stenta.
