Appetizer: Stuffed Mushrooms - Tender mushrooms filled with spinach and artichoke and a savory blend of

Entrée:

Main Option: Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops served with velvety mashed potatoes, caramelized carrots, crisp

green beans, and a side of our homemade apple sauce.

Vegetarian Option: Lasagna Rolls – Soft lasagna noodles rolled with a mixture of cheeses and mixed

vegetables baked in a rich marinara sauce along with all the sides of the main option.
