have the opportunity to hear Dr. Alan Wolfelt, a national grief expert and
author, speak in Troy, Tuesday, Oct. 25 and Wednesday, Oct. 26.
Alan Wolfelt, Ph.D., is director of the Center for Loss
& Life Transition in Fort Collins, Colorado. Attendees will find him to be
an excellent and entertaining speaker on the very serious subject of grief
according to organizers.

Wolfelt will present a free community seminar entitled: “Exploring the Need
to Grieve and Mourn” on Tuesday, Oct. 25 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the
Michigan State University (MSU) Management Education Center located at 811 W.
Square Lake Rd. in Troy.
Dr. Wolfelt will also conduct a second half-day seminar for
professionals and the public entitled: “Exploring the Paradoxes of Mourning”
on Wednesday, October 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon, at the MSU Management
Education Center. For interested professionals, SW CE hours are available.
