Subject: Request for Proposal (RFP) Submission

The Dunes Arts Foundation is pleased to invite proposals for the development of our

property located along Shady Oak Drive. This project represents a unique opportunity to

contribute to the vibrant community of greater Michiana while advancing the mission of

the Dunes Arts Foundation to foster creativity, community engagement, and cultural

enrichment.

Our Board of Directors is seeking a visionary partner to collaborate on this exciting

development. The RFP outlines the project background, development site

details, zoning and utility information, and criteria for proposal evaluation.

Proposals will be evaluated on criteria including terms of the purchase agreement, the

developer’s track record, project vision, and alignment with the needs and values of our

community. Detailed submission requirements and the evaluation process are included

in the RFP.
