Patrick’s Grille, in collaboration with Long Beach Country Club, will host a Give-Back night for A.K. Smith Career Center’s culinary arts program on Tuesday, January 9th from 5 to 8pm. The fine dining restaurant and caterer is located at 4125 S. Franklin Street in Michigan City.

The event features a cash bar and food stations providing a variety of appetizers, entrees and desserts. Monies raised will assist local culinary arts students competing at the Cook Around the World competition at Disney World in Orlando, FL in April, 2024.

Cost for the Give-Back Night at Patrick’s is $30/person and reservations are suggested. Individuals may also donate directly to the A.K. Smith Career Center, 817 Lafayette Street, Michigan City.
