To celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Camp To-Pe-Ne-Bee, Phil White will present a program on the history of the camp! Come join us to hear this fascinating program on Camp Tope!

Phil White began scouting in Westville from 1952 to 1959. After returning from military service, he became a Scoutmaster from 1967 to 1969. Years later, he became Scoutmaster for Troop 39 in 1988 until 2001.
