Dover Federal Credit Union has been recognized
by the News Journal as a Top Workplace in Delaware for 2022. The honorees are
chosen based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey
administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The
anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the
success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection,
just to name a few.
Chief Talent Officer, Cinnamon Elliot has been with Dover Federal for just under 17 years and was quoted as saying “our goal is to ensure that our team members feel valued and heard. We take the culture of Dover Federal seriously, and we strive for a fun and inclusive atmosphere.”
Dover Federal Credit Union is an inclusive organization that thrives on their employees knowing that they are making a difference in their member’s lives and in the communities that they serve. Feeling as though you are making a difference each day matters to Shanece Chongling, Member Experience Manager of the Milford and Dover Air Force Branches who said “at Dover Federal Credit Union my voice is heard and my hard work is not only appreciated but rewarded.”
Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage said “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees. That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
Dover Federal Credit Union was first chartered
in 1958 by a handful of Air Force and civilian workers at Dover Air Force Base.
Today, Dover Federal serves over 40,000 members, over 500 Workplace Partners,
and has eight locations throughout the state of Delaware. Dover Federal
continues to help its members get there, wherever that may be. To learn more about Dover Federal Credit
