KSI is seeking candidates to lead the nonprofit organization as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Established in 1962, Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI), provides person-centered supports to assist people with disabilities in their pursuit of meaningful employment and participation in their communities. Located in Milford, DE, KSI offers a range of renowned, quality programs and services throughout southern Delaware to help individuals with intellectual/ developmental disabilities attain their life goals. Serving more than 260  individuals and families in 2023 through a range of programming, this $8M nonprofit organization seeks a proven leader to leverage and expand upon its success. The CEO will require a number of qualifications, including but not limited to superior organizational, staff and board management skills; ability to represent the organization to community, legislative, business and funding partners; experience with, a clear affinity for and commitment to helping people with disabilities live their best lives; and more.
