Assemblymember Josh Lowenthal is proud to announce the opening of nominations for the 2025 Women of Distinction in the 69th Assembly District. This prestigious recognition honors outstanding women who have made significant contributions to their communities through business, community service, education, and health.

Members of the community are invited to submit nominations for exceptional women who live or work in the 69th Assembly District and have demonstrated remarkable achievements in their respective fields. The nomination process is an opportunity to acknowledge the dedication, hard work, and impact these women have had on their communities.

Nomination Categories:

Business: Recognizing small business owners who have achieved success as entrepreneurs and individuals demonstrating outstanding passion and advancement in their field.

Community Service: Honoring individuals who work or volunteer for non-profit organizations and go above and beyond to make their community a better place.

Education: Acknowledging educators and professionals involved in developing and implementing programs that enhance learning at all levels.

Health: Celebrating individuals committed to health education, disease prevention, and the provision of quality health care.

Each nomination is limited to 300 words and should thoughtfully highlight the nominee’s unique accomplishments and impact.

Deadline for nominations: March 1st, 2025.
