“Go Be Great” Fitness Camp
Our goal for this event is to introduce kids to the benefits of taking care of their bodies, focusing on health and fitness. This event will be led by Whitney Padilla, a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. The camp will consist of body weight training and physical exercises that the campers can do on their own with little or no equipment. There will also be some fun games that will reinforce and encourage physical activity. We want to make fitness fun, accessible and enjoyable for every participant.
