Dean and Dean / Associates Architects Announces Rebranding, Changes Name to Dean Architecture.
Dean and Dean Architects, an award winning achitectural firm offering professional services in architecture, planning, interior design, and graphic design, has completed an extensive rebranding effort and will begin operating under a new name, Dean Architecture, P.A. effective immediately. A newly redesigned corporate logo has been revealed and a new company website is planned to launch in the coming months. Along with these changes, the company relocated to Ridgeland, MS, and will be a part of The Horne Building, an award winning, $12 million dollar exclusive office building designed by the firm.
This impressive 125,000 square foot structure is sheathed in
visually striking and energy efficient reflective glass, and provides a
contemporary and sleek design. Dean
Architecture occupies 5,800 square feet of interiors located on the first
floor, alongside PriorityOne Bank, Smith Shellnut Wilson, The Cress Group, Capitol
Staffing and Horne LLP, the anchor tenant.
Dean Architecture’s new home, constructed by Mid-State Construction, includes a client focused lobby and reception area with custom millwork including a waterfall
ceiling overlapping the quartz reception desk, a coffee bar with concealed sink and coffee station, small and large conference rooms, and a zoom room featuring acoustic wall panels to absorb noise for focused work. Custom graphic wallcoverings designed by Dean Architecture’s graphic designer, transforms the zoom room, breakroom and employee focused area with stylish and personalized images, playing off the new logo, new branding color scheme, and iconic client projects designed throughout the history of the firm. The full glass corridor door allows a view through the entire space and a
glimpse into the collaborative studio area.
The collaborative studio space is the employee-focused area. It includes private offices, a library, an
open studio with cubicles along the windows, and areas for collaboration and
team spaces as well as
areas for focused work, printing, and
storage. The glass-front private offices face the studio to create an easy flow
of collaboration and connection with all team members. The collaboration areas in the studio feature
relaxed furniture options and felt pendant light fixtures that are finished in the
new color palette, providing a modern and lively area.
“This rebranding strategy reflects both the evolution of the firm as well as its vision for the future”, said J. Alan Grant, President, and one of Dean Architecture’s three principals including Timothy G. Geddie, and Kenneth A. Oubre. “We are very excited about our new location and the introduction of our new company branding.”
Over seventy years of success with a foundation for many
more, Dean Architecture. Your architect.
