Expanding from its current commercial showroom and warehouse in Warren Michigan, the company plans for the new Royal Oak location to be the first of up to 5 retail showrooms built in the metropolitan area.

Their new 6,000 sq.ft. showroom and design center (located at 28096 Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak), was built to showcase how Motor City Carpet and Floor can offer more value to consumers over traditional big-box stores. The retail center presents an expansive showroom floor with beautifully staged displays, and an expert interior designer on-site, to allow for a more enjoyable shopping experience.
