This position requires being licensed to sell General Lines Property & Casualty lines of business.
The role starts with servicing our existing customers to help you learn the business and grow within the agency. Once completing our training program, you'll transition to also writing new business and building relationships with clients. We're looking for someone who thrives on challenges, is goal-oriented, and is eager to help our agency reach the next level.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with clients and companies via phone, email, and in-person interactions.Provide exceptional service to existing customers while learning the industry.Research and resolve coverage questions, ensuring clients have the protection they need.Promptly respond to client inquiries and maintain accurate records in our systems.Collaborate with teammates to support client and prospect follow-up.(Optional) Seek out new business opportunities through consultative selling and offering additional insurance lines.Assist with office duties and participate in community events to support the agency’s presence.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or Saturdays for community events. Training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
