Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with returned equipment, ensuring a friendly and informative experience. 

  • Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of returned items, document any issues, and ensure equipment is ready for the next rental. 

  • Inventory Management: Help restock and organize equipment, maintaining a clean and orderly storage area. 

  • Basic Maintenance: Clean returned equipment, resolve minor issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs. 

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment meets safety standards before returning to inventory. 

  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of equipment inspections and customer interactions. 

Skills and Competencies: 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities 

  • Basic mechanical knowledge 

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 

Working Conditions: 

  • Physically demanding role involving lifting and moving equipment 

  • Primarily conducted in a workshop and outdoor environment 

  • May require overtime during peak rental seasons
