As a Service Desk Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their rental needs and providing advice. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction

  
Requirements

Customer Interaction: 

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Provide information about equipment rental options, pricing, and event services.

Reservation Management:  

  • Help customers make reservations for equipment and event services.
  • Process rental agreements, including terms and conditions.
  • Handle other related tasks as needed.

Technical Support:

  • Offer basic troubleshooting for rental equipment.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team.

Order Coordination:

  • Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
  • Confirm that equipment is ready and available for scheduled rentals and events.

Documentation and Record Keeping:  

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
  • Update inventory records as rentals are processed and returned.

Event Support:

  • Help coordinate equipment logistics for events, ensuring all items are prepared and available.
