Technical Support:
- Offer basic troubleshooting for rental equipment.
- Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate team.
Order Coordination:
- Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and pickup of equipment.
- Confirm that equipment is ready and available for scheduled rentals and events.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
- Update inventory records as rentals are processed and returned.
Event Support:
- Help coordinate equipment logistics for events, ensuring all items are prepared and available.
