What You'll Do:

• Take the Lead - Supervise a crew in setting up and taking down event tents, flooring and staging.
• Ensure Safety & Quality - Install structures with precision, following safety standards.
• Work Hard, Play Hard - Be part of exciting events while putting your hands-on skills to work.
• Train & Motivate - Coach and guide team members to keep things running smoothly.
• Solve Challenges on the Spot - Adapt to on-site changes and keep operations seamless.
• Communicte with Clients & Crew - Bilingual skils are a must to coordinate effectively!

What We're Looking For:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) - Required
• Experience in event setup, tent installation, construction, or similar work.
• Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Physically fit - ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• A stron work ethic, problem soloving mindset, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus) 
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
