Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Construction Technology, Architecture, Engineering or related field is required with three years of professional experience
- College level instructional experience preferred
Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Construction Technology, Architecture, Engineering or related field is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, demonstrate evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrate student centeredness, be able to interact with a broad range of people with diverse backgrounds both on and off campus in a positive manner. Demonstrate a commitment to the philosophy and mission of the community college.
Strong communication and people skills.

Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Physical Requirements:
- There is frequent sitting, with walking, standing and stooping occasionally required.
- There is an occasional need to lift objects (up to 10 pounds) and perform other similar actions during the course of the workday.
