Job Title: Server / Bartender

Location: The Rawls Restaurant, Enterprise, AL

Position Summary:

We are looking for outgoing applicants who will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Server Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.

• Provide guests with menus and introduce any specials.

• Accurately take food and drink orders.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure all orders are delivered accurately and as per guests’ requests.

• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction.

• Handle complaints calmly, referring to management if needed.

• Assist team members as needed with refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting for the next guest.

Bartender Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Serve Drinks: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality in every drink.

• Guest Interaction: Engage with guests professionally.

• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the bar area, utensils, glassware, and equipment clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift. Follow health and safety guidelines strictly.

• Inventory and Restocking: Track inventory and report low stock or maintenance issues promptly.

• Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with the restaurant team, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
