Base Pay Rate: Salary $72,222.22-$94,444.44 annually. Based on experience and 40 hours.

Rural Pay Rate: Salary $75,833.33-$99,166.66 annually. Based on experience and 40 hours. (Canby/McMinnville locations only)

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics is preferred. New graduates with a strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn, safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces (limited individual treatment rooms).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the clients care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is currently hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our McMinnville, Oregon location.
