The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of trucks, tractors, mowers, and specialized equipment used in daily maintenance and seasonal projects. Main duties include:
Working knowledge of:
- Grass cutting March until November;
- Assisting with construction and maintenance projects during the off season;
- Assisting with set-ups for special events, Tourism special events, and Recreation programs as needed; and
- Hauling material with small and large dump trucks and flatbed trucks;
- Snow removal as needed; and
- operating a backhoe, and skid steer.
