Researches grant opportunities and additional funding sources for both current and proposed services, programs, and administrative operations and serves as a clearinghouse for potential grant opportunities; Develops grant applications & related documents; Coordinates all grant processes to ensures compliance; Collaborates with providers, departments, & community organizations to secure funding and the enhancement of services/programs; Participates in meetings, workshops, and seminars to convey/gather information; and Monitors proposals & funding application requirements to utilize time and resources for maximum success.
Special Requirements
High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree in fiscal management, or related field desirable; Additional Business Administration experience preferred; Quantitative/qualitative research methodologies & experience in data driven assessment is requirements is required; 2 years of experience in grant writing preferred; 2 years of experience budgeting, account reconciliations, accounts payable & general accounting functions required; Knowledge of human services systems; Computer and MS Office Suite literacy; Solid understanding of grant management and budgets; Excellent written and verbal communications skills; Must pass background check and drug testing.
