Meet with approximately 10 Meals on Wheels clients weekly, one-on-on in their homes throughout Madison and St. Clair Counties.
= Hold virtual appointments via phone or computer with clients outside of Madison and St. Clair Counties.
= Conduct one-hour counseling sessions with clients and follow-up calls as needed.
= Give clients resources and information based on the Registered Dietitian’s recommendations.
= Coordinate appointments with SSP staff on scheduling and reporting of appointments held.
= Occasionally meet with clients at a Congregate Dining Site.
= 15 hours weekly for home visits.
= Approximately 3 hours per month approving and structuring congregate menus.
= Ability to work from home when appropriate.

Requirements

Computer skills including excel, word, and data collection/entry/tracking. Friendly outgoing personality to work with public. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor’s degree from an approved/accredited dietetic program.
