Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounting/HR Assistant to join a growing team. The Accounting/HR Assistant is responsible for assisting with the daily accounting, human resource and clerical needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
= Accounting
o Accounts Payable – entering and paying approved invoices in a timely manner
o Accounts Receivable – remote deposits, entering and applying cash receipts, collections
= Human Resources
o Assist with weekly payroll
o Assist with maintaining employee personnel records
o Assist with employee benefits management
= Clerical Duties
o Answering main phone line
o Greeting guests at the front window
o Picking up and sorting mail
o Sorting paperwork
o Various filing and scanning tasks
o Assisting with the renewal of state and federal permits
o Assisting office personnel when needed

Pay: up to $35/hr, BOE
