For the first time ever, the State Chamber/AIA is offering the Frontline Leader Development Series—a program designed to equip newly promoted and aspiring leaders with the foundational skills needed to guide their teams to success. This inaugural training program is open to all industries and provides valuable tools in communication, emotional intelligence, and coaching techniques to foster productivity and morale. Space is limited. Scholarships may be available through our partnership with Black River Technical College.            

Program Fee/Tuition: $900.00 (total for all three 1/2 day sessions and materials)

We encourage individuals working in information technology, healthcare, and manufacturing to apply for a scholarship!

Dates & Time:

The series consists of  3 separate 4-hour sessions. The sessions are scheduled for February 18 (Leadership Fundamentals), March 4 (Effective Communication), and March 18 (Emotional Intelligence and Difficult Conversations) from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
