10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the McPherson Public Library - 214 W. Marlin
Apply in person for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) to restore or maintain electricity, natural gas, propane, and other home heating fuels. Bring ID, verification of 30 days income, and utility bills.
