For over 26 years, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth has provided hope and self-reliance for families in need of a decent, affordable place to call home. 

Habitat has helped to break the cycle of poverty housing for hundreds of individuals including infants, seniors, single mothers, and veterans. Our volunteer corps of more than 450 people is at the heart of our mission and provides more than 5,000 hours of labor for each Habitat home. We build new affordable homes for low-income families, and make critical repairs and renovations on existing homes in our service area of Plymouth, Carver, Kingston, Middleboro, Lakeville and Plympton. Our volunteers work alongside our partner families, who also put in "sweat equity" hours building their own homes. Our work together transforms lives for generations. 

Through the 2024 Hearts & Hammers Gala, our goal is to raise over $122,000 in critical funds to support our work building strength, stability and better futures for local families in need.
