 The State Chamber/AIA is offering the Frontline Leader Development Series—a program designed to equip newly promoted and aspiring leaders with the foundational skills needed to guide their teams to success. This inaugural training program is open to all industries and provides valuable tools in communication, emotional intelligence, and coaching techniques to foster productivity and morale. Space is limited. Scholarships may be available through our partnership with Black River Technical College.            

Program Fee/Tuition: $900.00

We encourage individuals working in information technology, healthcare, and manufacturing to apply for a scholarship!

Dates & Time:

The series consists of  3 separate sessions that will be covered over the 1.5 days. Sessions will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on April 24 and from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on April 25. The sessions include: Leadership Fundamentals, Effective Communication and Emotional Intelligence and Difficult Conversations.
