Vehicles for Change Inc. (VFC) empowers families with financial challenges to achieve economic and personal independence through car ownership and technical training.

In June 2022, Vehicles For Change – Delmarva opened its facility in Salisbury, MD.  After building sustainable car award and automotive training programs in the Maryland-Virginia-Washington D.C. region, VFC began work to replicate those programs nationally, aiming to bring independent transportation and training in the automotive field to as many people as possible. 

We understand the sale or purchase of a home is not only a major life decision, but also one of life’s most stressful events. Unfortunately, the real estate industry as a whole has failed to recognize this for decades. This frequently leaves the consumer to ask themselves “does anyone truly care about me or my needs?” The proliferation of “big box” real estate offices has only widened the gap between the consumer and the agent. 

Vision Realty Group Broker and CEO Dale King had two things in mind when creating the firm. First, success in business is guaranteed by simply “finding a need and filling it”. Secondly, the personal philosophy behind his 17 year real estate career has been-“We’ll get what we want by helping enough people get what they want.” This “client first” business model has led to an illustrious and fulfilling career with hundreds of successful transactions and many enthusiastic supporters, both sellers and buyers.
