Priti Shah
Organizational Development Leader
I specialize in developing and teaching methodologies that help individuals step out of the stream and find their own right path.

As an experienced organizational change leader and cultivator of people, I offer solutions in corporate accountability, workforce development, interpersonal / leadership development, nonverbal communication strategies, and change management strategies. I advocate and implement policy and bottom-line changes. As a physical and cerebral stalwart leader, I have discovered what drives me.  I have positively impacted workforce transformation and change management initiatives through coaching, mentoring, problem-solving, and training in professional growth/rhythmic arts/technical development.

Being a first-generation American, I embody diplomatic and emotional artistry through all the passions and conflicts surrounding me. If all the world is a stage, I am here to guide your learning journey in the movement and performance of life.  If the pathway to success is a subtle dance, I am your considerate and creative director who empowers your own musical tune with heartfelt grace and compassion. By discovering my personal success, I believe in empathically liberating others in their colorful narrative/view of the world.

Through my ambition for self-development, continuous learning, and the beat of life, I have a genuine interest in learning and empowering the stories of others. I thrive in delivering workforce transformation and applying its psychological implications to design, driving economic success.

R. Tyler Smith
EOS Implementer

25 years ago, I met and invited Gino Wickman into my entrepreneurial start-up to preview “The Business Accelerator” (the predecessor of EOS). We were quickly hooked and hired Gino (officially his 3rd client) to move us forward.

Gino did accelerate us, first to an expanded business model, then to a change in business models, then to a break up of our partnership…

As our first venture ended, I had an opportunity to work with Gino as he mapped out EOS Worldwide (https://www.eosworldwide.com) and used EOS principles and tools to start Niche Retail, a multi-store front eCommerce retailer. Gino captured our team’s growth in Traction as we went from working in a garage to an 80,000 sq. ft facility, multi-year top 10% placements in the Inc. 500, and 2-time finalists for Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year.

EOS navigated us beautifully even through the death of our business model (thanks Amazon!), the Great Recession, and the financial crisis, allowing us to downsize and pivot. This pivot also led to a business partner separation as our Core Values no longer aligned and our shared Vision for the future deviated.

I sold my interests to my partner, re-assed my skills, built a new V/TO, and started again. We used our knowledge of marketing, technology, and EOS to usher in new companies to the web, aiding in the launches and growth of Financial, Real Estate, Service & Technology start-ups.

During this time, EOS, with the addition of its Integrator Don Tinney, continued to grow and in 2014 I joined the leadership team as the Technology leader. 6 years later, under EOS’ current leadership, EOS acquired our company.

In 2023, in serving EOS and the greater good it became time to progress My EOS Life, giving back to the entrepreneurial community as an EOS Implementer (https://www.eosworldwide.com/tyler-smith). I hope to aid you on your EOS journey.

My EOS Life continues to evolve - doing what I love, with people I love, making a huge difference, being paid appropriately, and with time for other passions…It’s a beautiful EOS Life.
