Priti Shah
Organizational Development Leader
I specialize in developing and teaching methodologies that help individuals step out of the stream and find their own right path.

As an experienced organizational change leader and cultivator of people, I offer solutions in corporate accountability, workforce development, interpersonal / leadership development, nonverbal communication strategies, and change management strategies. I advocate and implement policy and bottom-line changes. As a physical and cerebral stalwart leader, I have discovered what drives me.  I have positively impacted workforce transformation and change management initiatives through coaching, mentoring, problem-solving, and training in professional growth/rhythmic arts/technical development.

Being a first-generation American, I embody diplomatic and emotional artistry through all the passions and conflicts surrounding me. If all the world is a stage, I am here to guide your learning journey in the movement and performance of life.  If the pathway to success is a subtle dance, I am your considerate and creative director who empowers your own musical tune with heartfelt grace and compassion. By discovering my personal success, I believe in empathically liberating others in their colorful narrative/view of the world.

Through my ambition for self-development, continuous learning, and the beat of life, I have a genuine interest in learning and empowering the stories of others. I thrive in delivering workforce transformation and applying its psychological implications to design, driving economic success.
