East Central Towing LLC is a full service towing and recovery operation. We offer heavy, medium and light duty towing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our goal is to provide our customers with the highest quality service. We do semi truck towing and offer equipment transport.

East Central Towing has three truck locations to serve you better - Pine City, Rush City & North Branch.  

Empower Recovery Services offers expertise in freedom from addiction through eclectic theories and philosophies to enhance individual growth.  We offer solution based programming which is tailored to meet the unique learning styles of each client.  Program components reflect the diverse needs of the population served. 

The treatment approach (while abstinent based) allows for learning through mistakes both past and present.  Drawing from a model of health that focuses on the individuals belief system and habits, helps to motivate each client and build commitment to change through exploration of their ambivalence and resistance to individual behavioral changes.          

Treatment is based on the belief that problems related to substance abuse are treatable.  The program consists of a variety of educational and therapeutic groups focused on topics related to recovery.  A Mental Health Professional is also available for individual sessions, treatment planning assistance and to provide diagnostic assessments upon the referral of their primary counselor.
