Grant brings a comprehensive knowledge of the Central Texas real estate market from ground up. Born and raised in Dripping Springs, Texas, his family business is in custom home building.
Building on his experience, he broadened his knowledge by pursuing degrees in Energy Management and Finance from The University of Tulsa, in Tulsa, OK. This led to a job as a landman working for an oil and gas company in Midland, Texas. His experience as a landman helped him to hone his negotiation and contract analysis - much needed skills in the fast moving real estate market!
Now back in Central Texas, Grant is excited to combine his upbringing in the home construction business and experience as a mineral negotiator to be a thorough, straight forward, and available agent to his clients.
Outside of real estate, Grant loves embarking on new adventures around the city, experiencing new restaurants, and feeding his coffee addiction at local coffee shops. When not at work, he can be found spending time with friends and family and doing fitness related activities with his gym community. You can also find him giving back to the community with charities such as the Ronald McDonald House.
