Prior to my current role, I have enjoyed 30+ years in corporate America (Eastman Kodak Company, Wilson Memorial Hospital, AT&T, ADT Security Services, Tyco Integrated Security, Johnson Controls) serving in numerous technical and management positions (special projects, training, leadership development, HR, quality assurance, healthcare, research, communications). Additionally, I have been a lifelong entrepreneur (business consultant, published author, owned New Paradigm Business Enterprises, freelance corporate writer).
My credentials include Six Sigma Green Belt certification (process improvement), Civil Air Patrol chaplain, and frequent stints as a college associate faculty member and career coach. Academically, I hold an AAS chemical technology, BS chemistry, MDiv pastoral counseling, and an MBA.
Finally yet most importantly, I am in my 42nd year of marriage to Kathy. We have three children and two grandchildren.
