I am an Associate with Becker Morgan Group and have been with the  firm since 1996. My responsibilities include site and subdivision  design, project management, and construction phase services on  residential, commercial and institutional projects, including obtaining  approvals and permits from relevant agencies. Design work includes  siting of buildings, subdivision lot and street layout, paving layout and  design, site grading, stormwater management analysis and design,  storm drainage design, water and sanitary sewer system layout and design, and roadway entrance design. I am also a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional.

Becker Morgan Group’s ability to provide comprehensive design services in-house, including Architecture, Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Interior Design allows the firm to effectively manage quality control from start to finish. In order to further enhance customer service, the firm’s staff is organized into specialized market sector studios. This diversity of experience allows Becker Morgan Group to address a variety of needs, while providing the specialized experience to help address the unique needs of each client.

Christina is the Chief Operating & Compliance Officer, a Financial Advisor, and a partner at B.I.G. Investment Services. Born and raised in Dover, DE, she attended Caesar Rodney High School and later earned an associate degree from the University of Delaware. She continued her education at Wilmington University, graduating with a degree in Business Management, which laid the foundation for her diverse career. From 2005 to 2012, she served as the Admissions Director and Executive Administrative Assistant at Calvary Christian Academy. Christina also co-owns a bookkeeping business specializing in non-profits and small businesses, providing essential financial support to organizations that make a difference.

Deeply committed to her community, Christina is an active member of New City Church, where she volunteers with the children’s ministry. She is passionate about working with underprivileged kids and those with special needs, striving to create inclusive opportunities for all. Additionally, she serves on the boards of Calvary Christian Academy and Embrace Delaware and holds the position of President on the Parent Teacher Fellowship at CCA.

When she’s not immersed in her professional and volunteer commitments, Christina enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Adam, and their three children: Aubrie, Addison, and Austin. She also loves hanging out with friends, cherishing moments of laughter and connection. Her dedication to both her career and community embodies her belief in the power of service and support.
