Our goal is to provide lower cost quality self defense training for our community, by locals for locals. We are a wholesale bakery delivering fresh bread to San Diego County (and beyond) and we also have a storefront in Ramona where we sell fresh coffee, pastries, breads, soups, pizzas, sandwiches, drinks, cakes, quiche, toast, etc.  We hope to expand our reach to share the love and to be more sustainable.

The Ramona H.E.A.R.T. Mural Project’s mission is to encourage economic vitality by increasing tourism, promoting community pride, and celebrating our rich cultural heritage through an outstanding outdoor visual arts program. The acronym H.E.A.R.T. not only indicates Ramona as the geographic center of San Diego County, but reflects the character of the community:  
“H” – History and Hiking
“E” – Equestrian
“A” – Arts, Antiques and Agriculture
“R” – Rural Scenic Vistas and Drives
“T” – Tasting of Local Fine Wines

The largest fundraiser is the Ramona Art, Wine & Music festival, held annually on the 1st Saturday in November. All proceeds from the festival go to support the Ramona H.E.A.R.T. Mural Project, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation. https://ramonaartandwinefest.net/
