The California Black Women's Collective Empowerment Institute (CABWCEI) serves as a vehicle to amplify the voices, expertise and issues of Black Women throughout the state. Serving as an intersectional, intergenerational, diverse table exclusively for Black Women, the Collective aims to prepare, educate, and organize our networks to eliminate the systemic and blatant racist and sexist barriers to success that Black Women experience.
