ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Weatherford offers specialized care to patients living with disabling injuries or illnesses caused by strokes, brain injuries, hip fractures, spinal injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, or other debilitating events. Our services are designed to help patients regain or improve their independence and quality of life.

We continue to coordinate and manage our patients’ care after they leave our hospitals, which can include outpatient services, home health services, case management, or other services to address our patients’ healthcare needs.
